Overview

The world is teetering on the edge of an environmental abyss. Climate change is happening faster than previously predicted, according to a new World Wildlife Fund report. The present may be the beginning of the end if we fail to deal with the causes of global warming and reverse climate change.

With growing urban populations, the volume of waste from human consumption and industrial development have skyrocketed to unmanageable proportions, spreading dangerous pollutants, undermining ecosystems and contributing to global warming.

Growing economies and populations particularly in the Asian region; serious environmental concerns such as the release of Greenhouse Gases to the atmosphere associated with land filling organic wastes and social concerns, such as the generation of foul odors and the potential health threats from vermin and other pests, are forcing governments to enact new regulations and policies to safely and effectively deal with the waste management problems associated with organic wastes.

Of the two billion people who lack access to modern energy services, 1.2 billion live in Asia. Many governments in the region give high priority to supplying electricity to all households, including those living in remote rural areas that cannot be easily reached by the national grids. Local alternative/renewable energy resources can be used to supply electricity to these areas, using individual systems or independent grids. The demand for remote area electricity services, along with the growing concern for the environment and sustainable development, has increased the demand for alternative energy products.

Existing methods of waste management and disposal are both environmentally and socially inadequate. At the same time, faced with threat of climate change and the need to replace polluting and depleting fossil fuel, new sources of renewable energy have to be urgently developed to meet the demands of an energy hungry world.

FutureNrg offers a complete solution to these two complex and interrelated problems through the use of the proven and state-of-the-art technologies in the areas of waste to energy and biomass to energy areas.

The technologies that we integrate include: biomass gasification, biomass to energy thermal plants using boilers and steam turbines, biogas generators using anaerobic digesters and thermal plasma gasification.

Plasma Gasification brings about the total destruction of waste, at temperatures of 5,000°C, without giving out harmful emissions or generating any secondary solid wastes that are typically considered toxic residues when they’re generated by incinerators. The technology converts the carbonaceous materials in waste to clean, green, renewable energy and the inorganic constituents into a vitrified matrix that has many commercial applications. It is a technology, which according to industry experts, may eventually replace landfills and incinerators.

The management and technical team of FutureNrg, along with its technology partners, has been promoting and developing waste-to-energy projects over a period of more than 20 years. With its strong experience, the Company is well positioned to help governments, communities, municipalities and corporations develop and implement waste-to-energy solutions that are cost effective and sustainable.

With your support, FutureNrg can help clean our polluted planet and contribute significantly to reversing the tide of climate change.
