Biomass Gasification |
Gasifier Modes of Operation
Our gasifier systems convert biomass materials into a combustible gas, which can be burnt in an appropriate burner for saving of liquid fuels like F.O., LDO, HSD etc. or fed to a power generating plant to generate electricity.
The gas in Hot Gas Mode is neither cooled nor cleaned before burning.

The gas in Scrubbed Gas mode is scrubbed (cleaned and cooled in a scrubber). The resulting gas is cleaner than in the Hot Gas Mode

The Producer Gas generated in Gasifiers can be fed to engine-gensets for producing electrical energy. Bur before the gas is fed into the genset it passes through a series of filters. This results in Ultra Clean Gas and thus when we sell a system for power generation, we call the system (gasifiers + accessories) to be in Ultra Clean Gas Mode.
