FutureNrg uses proven technologies to process of all types of waste and produce renewable energy.

FutureNrg is a developer of alternative/renewable energy and waste-to-energy projects, and an integrator of the component technologies, providing a complete renewable/alternative energy and waste management solutions.

As a developer, FutureNrg secures project opportunities manages the permitting processes, carries out the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities and the commissioning, and operations and maintenance of the plants.

FutureNrg focuses on 4 main categories of feedstock, namely:
Municipal solid wastes (MSW)
Biomass wastes (e.g. rice husk, bagasse, cotton, wheat straws, corn stalks and corn cobs and Palm Oil Mill wastes, such as empty fruit bunches, mesocarp fibres and shells)
Medical wastes
Industrial and hazardous wastes

Revenue is derived from sale of power, waste treatment (i.e. tipping) fees and carbon credit.  Projects are generally contracted for a period of 20 to 25 years and, depending on the location and other client requirements, are developed using one of 3 approaches as follows:

 
Build-Own-Operate (BOO)
Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT)
Build-Transfer-Operate (BTO)

Besides being a developer of renewable/alternative and waste-to-energy projects, FutureNrg, with its in-depth knowledge of the technology, is also a technology integrator.

It works with its leading technology partners, to enhance the commercial viability of plant configurations.

For the actual plant construction, it builds upon the expertise of its parent company in engineering and construction and integrates the specialized technology suppliers with proven EPC contractors and established local fabricators to minimize costs, ensure quality and to achieve a timely completion of the projects.
